Welcome to Born Sacred, LLC ("Born Sacred," "we," "us," "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of [bornsacred.com] (the "Site"), including any content, products, sessions, or services offered through it (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the Site, booking a session, purchasing a product, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

Born Sacred, LLC provides spiritual guidance, intuitive insight, and compassionate conversation to support personal reflection and spiritual growth, offered through sessions, digital products, and related content.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book a session or purchase services through the Site. By booking a session or purchasing services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Not Professional Advice

As described in our Disclaimer, Born Sacred's offerings are for informational and spiritual purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other licensed advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken as a result of engaging with our content or services.

4. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

- All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through the scheduling and payment tools provided on the Site.
- Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing information.

**Cancellations & Rescheduling**
We understand that life happens, and we want to make this as easy as possible for you. If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled session, and we'll gladly find a new time that works — no charge, no stress.

If a cancellation is made with at least 24 hours' notice, you're welcome to a full refund instead, if rescheduling isn't the right fit.

Because this work involves dedicated time and preparation held just for you, cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session are non-refundable. We know this can happen for many reasons, and we truly appreciate your understanding — this policy simply allows us to honor the space we've set aside and continue offering our full presence to every client.

Once a session has been rendered, it is considered complete and is non-refundable.

5. Digital Products

Digital products (such as workbooks, guides, or downloadable content) are for your personal, non-commercial use only. Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the product. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or share digital products without our written permission.

6. Lifestyle Shop & Learning Materials

Physical items sold through the Site — including but not limited to lifestyle merchandise (such as mugs, sweatshirts and such), books, and journals — are fulfilled through third-party vendors. Purchases of these items are subject to that third-party vendor's own refund, return, and exchange policies, rather than the refund terms described elsewhere in these Terms. We encourage you to review the applicable third-party vendor's policies prior to purchase. Born Sacred is not responsible for delays, damages, or fulfillment issues arising from a third-party vendor's production or shipping process, though we're happy to help point you in the right direction if an issue arises.

This section does not apply to courses, trainings, or mediumship one-on-one sessions, which remain subject to the Cancellations & Rescheduling policy above.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, digital products, and the Born Sacred name and branding — is the property of Born Sacred and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality

Information shared during private sessions is treated as confidential, as outlined in our Confidentiality Statement. Likewise, we ask that you not record, publish, reproduce, or commercially use any part of your session content without our explicit written consent.

9. User Conduct

When using the Site or engaging in sessions, you agree not to:

- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, threaten, or behave abusively toward Born Sacred or its representatives
- Attempt to copy, resell, or exploit any part of the Services without authorization
- Interfere with the security or functioning of the Site

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or restrict access to anyone who violates these Terms.

10. Discontinuation of Services

 Born Sacred reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to discontinue or decline to continue offering services to any client at any time — including where we determine that a client’s needs are not aligned with the services we provide, that a client is not engaging with or responsive to the work, or that continuing the relationship would not serve the client’s or Born Sacred’s best interest. In such cases, any portion of the services not yet rendered will not be refunded, except where required by applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Born Sacred and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services, including but not limited to decisions made or actions taken based on guidance received. Your use of the Site and Services is at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Born Sacred, its owner, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.

13. No Guarantees

Born Sacred does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or experiences from any session, product, or content. Spiritual and personal growth work is individual, and results vary.

14. Third-Party Links and Tools

The Site may use or link to third-party platforms (such as scheduling, payment, or email tools). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

15. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
